Reliquin v0.21 hotfix
Changelog
-Fixed an issue which caused the final boss to retain a mechanic through the entire fight unintentionally
-Fixed an issue which caused knocked down allies to stand up prior to state expiration on final boss
-Rearranged some troops to better fit
-Fixed Knock Down, enemies now get up when they are supposed to, FINALLY
-Renamed Upwind to Relentless Gale
-Slightly adjusted the animation of Earthshatter
-Nerfed the final boss HP slightly
-Nerfed Avalanches damage slightly
-Fixed another mechanics issue on final boss regarding states
-Replaced Barkane's sprite, pending more animation
-Flying enemies no longer are effected by the movement portions of action sequences, this is a temporary fix until I can come up with something better.
